Ingredients For bacon bean dip

  • 1
    15oz. can red kidney beans, drained (dark)
  • 4 slice
    bacon
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 sm
    green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped onion
  • dash of garlic powder
  • dash salt
  • dash black pepper

How To Make bacon bean dip

  • 1
    mash beans, set aside, and fry bacon til crisp. remove from pan but leave 2 tbsp. drippings and add mashed beans-heat til oil is absorbed.

    add remaining ingreds., together and add to beans-mix well. add crumbled bacon into mixture, set in frig., @ 20-30 mins., before serving.
