Serve this casserole with your favorite rolls or add a dash of Worcestershire sauce for a little different taste.Or some cheese over top when serving with a side salad.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz
    can cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 Tbsp
    dry sherry
  • 2 c
    rice, cooked
  • 1 1/2 c
    turkey, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 c
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, chopped

How to Make Sherried Turkey Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine soup, milk, cheese, and sherry in large skillet.
  2. Cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add rice, turkey, pepper and onions.
  4. Continue to cook until thoroughly heated.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
  6. NOTE: May substitute homemade white sauce or cream of chicken soup for potato soup.
