Ingredients For lemon zest lox breakfast sammie

  • 1 lb
    lox filet, thinly sliced
  • 1 md
    tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 sm
    red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 lg
    sundried tomato bagels
  • 6-8 Tbsp
    cream cheese
  • 1 md
    zest of 1 lemon
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    capers
  • 4 pinch
    course black pepper

    in a small mixing bowl, fold lemon zest into cream cheese. split bagels in half. **build your sammie** spread cream cheese on all slices, on the bottom half of the bagel, add capers, lox, tomatoes and sprinkle with pepper. place the top half of the bagel on. slice and serve!
