7 can(s)of mandarin oranges (12 oz. each)
4 can(s)(large- 20 oz. each) of pineapple chunks
2bags bags of white (mini) marshmallows (16 oz. each)
2bags of sweet coconut (14 oz. each)
How to Make Shelley's White Angel Fluff for 120 People
- DRAIN FRUIT VERY WELL.
- When fruit is well drained, combine with other ingredients in a very, very large catering/serving bowl. Refrigerate.
- (***I always make the day before because it tastes better the day after it is made. The marshmallows soften and fluff and flavors blend.)
