4-6 mediumpork chops
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
8 ozsour cream
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 tspgarlic powder
How to Make Saucy Chops
- Brown pork chops in a large skillet & set aside on plate. Maybe 5 min total, you are not trying to cook completely just brown outside.
- Add remaining ingredients to skillet mixing with pan drippings from browning pork chops.
- Add pork chops back into sauce mixture & simmer for 10 - 15 min, until completely cooked through.
- Serve over rice or egg noodles.
