Rib-Eye Steak Rub
It makes far more than I usually need so I keep the remainder in a sealed mason jar.
1/3 cground coffee (i use kona)
1/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
1 Tbspcoarsely ground black pepper or more to taste
2 Tbsppowdered beef bouillon (i use maggi)
2 Tbspmontreal steak seasoning
1 Tbspsea salt or kosher salt
