Ingredients

  • 4 medium
    boneless skinless chicken breats
  • 1 medium
    bell pepper
  • 1 large
    tomato
  • 1 pkg
    fajita seasoning
  • 1 pkg
    soft flour totillas small or soft taco size

How to Make chicken fajita's

Step-by-Step

  1. put soft taco or fajita shells in foil brush lightly with water and put in 350 oven to steam for 10 minutes
  2. slice chicken breats in 1/4 or 1/2 inch slices. slice tomato into wedges, and slice bell pepper into strips
  3. quick fry chicken strips and bell pepper in 2 tablespoons oil, add fajita seasoning with water as directed on package, usually quarter cup water and bring to boil then simmer when chicken is done add tomato and cook a minute or two longer remove from heat
  4. then just put chicken bell pepper tomato seasoned mix in fajita tortillas and serve
