    ham broth from ham or ham bone
  • 1 c
    plain cormeal
  • 1/2 c
    sel rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    rubbed sage
  • 1 pinch
    red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 small
    onion grated

How to Make Razorback Dumplins


  1. mix all dry ingredients enough hambroth to make a stiff batter,Drop by teaspoon full into boiling broth cover and cook about thirty minutes on med heat broth will thicken,This is delicious seved with ham and turnip greens
