I made up this salsa out of several different ones to come up with one that was to my taste. A little spicy but doesn't bite too much!

Ingredients

  • 2 - 14.5 oz
    cans stewed tomatoes ( i use my own canned tomatoes)
  • 1/2
    diced onion
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2
    lime ( juiced)
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    canned sliced green chiles
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped cilantro

How to Make Quick Fix Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients into food processor and blend on low to desired consistency. I like mine a little chunky.
  2. Serve with pita chips. Refridgerate leftovers. So delicious!
