How to Make pork tenderloin milanese alla ed


  1. Slice pork loin medallion thinly, pound so to double in size, use flour, egg wash and panco seasoned bread crumb.
    Lightly bread, cook in hot oil till lightly browned remove, top with prosciutto ham, buffalo mozzarella
    Bake at 325 for 5 minutes or till cheese melts and serve with your favorite pasta dish
