Believe it or not, there are only 4 ingredients to make these fabulous cookies and one of them isn't flour! While these are fabulous the way they are, I'm going to add miniature chocolate chips to my next batch.

How to Make Peanut Butter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and sugar with a fork.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
  4. Roll into 1.5 inch balls and place on cookie sheet (best lined with parchment paper) 2 inches apart.
  5. Slightly press with fingers.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes.
  7. Remove parchment paper with cookies and place on cooling rack for 5 minutes.
  8. Repeat until batter is gone.
