Ingredients For grilled cobblers

  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 1/4 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 3/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 md
    nectarine, sliced about 1 cup
  • 1 c
    fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg

How To Make grilled cobblers

  • 1
    Heat gas or charcoal grill. In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup of the sugar and the milk; beat 30 seconds. In a 9-inch round foil cake pan, melt butter on grill over medium heat. Pour batter over butter in pan. Top with nectarine and blueberries. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and the cinnamon. Cover grill; cook about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Move cobbler to side of the grill to keep warm after it is baked.
