Ingredients

  • 24
    graham cracker squares, any flavor cinnamon or chocolate, or plain
  • 1 1/2 c
    ricotta cheese, part-skim
  • 3/4 c
    jam - you can use many different jams or just one kind
  • Note:
    instead of the ricotta you can use 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese and 1/2 c. granulated sugar whipped together until smooth.

How to Make Appetizer Cheesecakes

Step-by-Step

  1. Spread each graham cracker with 1 Tablespoon of the ricotta cheese, and 2 teaspoons of jam.
    Set out on nice trays and watch them disapear!
