  For Oreo cookies dipped in chocolate...simply melt chocolate and dip each cookie into the chocolate and place on waxed paper until the chocolate sets up. You can add sprinkles on top of the cookies after dipping them in the chocolate. You can use white chocolate as well...also, great to use mint oreo cookies, or peanut butter oreos..the sky is the limit on these little treats. You can also use Nutter Butter cookies...and dip them in chocolate..just use your imagination and dip away to your hearts content!!!

  For the Ritz cracker...melt the mint chocolate chips...take your cracker and dip into the mint chocolate mixture...place on wax paper and it will taste exactly like a Thin Mint cookie that the girl scouts sell. Vanilla wafers can be used as well...these are so simple and so Yummy, people will be fooled when you tell them it is a ritz cracker!
