    vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    light soy sauce
  • ORANGE PUCKER SAUCE

  • 1/3 c
    orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • THAI SURPRISE

  • 1/3 c
    ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp
    thai chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • HOISIN INFUSE SAUCE

  • 1/2 c
    hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped scallions
