81-oz semi-sweet baking chocolate

How to Make Prize-Winning Peanut Bar Cups
- Arrange baking cups in a jelly-roll pan; set aside. Melt white chocolate and 3/4 cup peanut butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat., stirring consantly; spoon into baking cup.
- Refrigerate for 10 miutes. Melt semi-sweet chocolate and remaining peanut butter in a heavy saucepan ove low heat, stirring consantly; spoon on top of white chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts; refrigeerate overnight.
