CHIPOTLE WHITE BEAN STEW W/ SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE
1 lbsweet italian sausage
1 Tbspfinely minced garlic
1 can(s)15 oz canneilini beans drained
1/2 cchicken broth
1chipolte in adobe sauce ( from a 7 oz can, finely chopped
1/2 creduce fat free sour cream
1/2 cfrozen pea
How to Make CHIPOTLE WHITE BEAN STEW W/ SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE
- Grill Italian sweet sausage, then set aside.
- In a saucepan cook onion, garlic in 1 tbsp of butter.over med high heat for 1 minute, stirring occasionaly.
- Stir in peas, beans, broth, and chile.Heat to boiling. Add Italian sausage. Reduce to med: cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes to blend flavors, stirrind occasionaly.
- Stir in 1/4 sour cream. Serve with remaining sour cream if desire.
