  • 4
    bone in chicken breast
  • 1/3 c
    hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 c
    hot wing sauce
  • 1 pkg
    dry ranch dressing mix
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • ·
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • ·
    hoagien buns
  • ·
    ranch dressing

How to Make Quick and Easy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Step-by-Step

  1. Rub chicken breast with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes, until done. Let cool, remove meat from bones and chop in chunks or shred. In skillet add butter, hot sauce and wing sauce and package of ranch dressing stir to mix. Add chicken, heat about 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve on hoagie bun with ranch dressing and cheese.
