1 cwhite rice (not instant)

1/2 mediumdiced onion

2 clovegarlic (minced)

1 can(s)chicken broth

1 can(s)8 oz. tomato sauce

1 Tbspgarlic salt

1 Tbspcumin

3 Tbspvegetable oil
How to Make Spanish Rice
- In a large sauce pan, heat oil at med heat and add in rice and onion...stirring often. Once rice becomes lightly browned, add in minced garlic and stir.
- Begin to add in remaing ingrediants one at a time while stiring in between. When liquid begins to boil, reduce heat cover with lid and let simmer for about 30 to 35 minutes.
- Once rice is cooked, fluff with fork and serve! This recipe goes well with any of my Mexican Dishes!
