I was making someo BarBQ Wings for my supper tonite & am just plain tired of the same old store sauces. I found a basic recipe online & tweeked it to my tastes. It turned out pretty tasty to me. Of course since I was cooking for one, I just made a small batch.

    brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp

How to Make Nana's Sweet & Smoky BarBQ Sauce


  1. Using a wire wisk,combine brown sugar, ketchup vinegar, water, worchestershire sauce & liquid smoke. Add salt, pepper & chili powder. Wisk until smooth.
