Ingredients

  • 1 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk
  • ·
    olive oil, light
  • 1 pkg
    chicken strip filets

How to Make Homemade Chicken Strips

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine milk and egg in a bowl and set aside.
    Add olive oil to non stick skillet on medium heat.
    Combine chicken strips, garlic salt, and italian seasoning in measure out one cup of bread crumbs and set aside.
  2. When oil is hot enough take your seasoned chicken and dip in egg mixture and dip in bread crumbs and redip in egg mixture. Frying until chicken is done and strips will be golden brown.
  3. Serve with your favorite sides. My boys like fries and greenbeans.
