  • 1
    27 oz. frozen pumpkin pie
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar, dark
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 3/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    confectioners' sugar

How to Make Mock Homemade Pumpkin Crumb Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Bake pie according to package directions; cool completely on rack. Heat oven to 350*. In bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon. Stir in butter until combined and moist crumbs form. Press tablespoonfuls of mixture together to form large crumbs; sprinkle over pie. Bake 20-25 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned. Cool. In small bowl, combine confectioner's sugar and 2 tsp. water until smooth. Transfer to plastic sandwich bag; snip hole in one corner. Drizzle glaze over crumbs.
