Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1 medium
    green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large
    onion, diced
  • 1/2-3/4 c
    bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 1 c
    ketchup, plus 3 tbsp.
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Mmm, Mmm GOOD MEATLOAF

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together well, except for 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  3. Form into loaf and place it in a 13x9 casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 45 min. Take meatloaf from oven and spread remaining ketchup on top evenly. Continue to bake for addtional 10-15 min. or until done.
