How to Make Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. Grease and line a 9X9 pan with parchment (or wax) paper that is twice the size of the pan.
  2. Place peanut butter and butter in 2 quart microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave for 2 more minutes. Stir in vanilla then powdered sugar until there are no lumps.
  3. Pour fudge into pan and fold over the paper and smooth out the fudge. Refridgerate for 2 hours then cut into 1" squares. Place in airtight container.
