This is so easy and will make any cut of meat tender. We love to marinate big old porterhouse steaks in it when we go camping. It is always a treat when I pull the steaks off the BBQ. Everyone raves about them. I have tried cheaper cuts of steak and chicken or pork and it is fantastic.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    catsup
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Meat Merinate

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together. Marinate steaks 24-48 hours depending on toughness. Grill to perfection!
