1/2 lbbulk italian sausage

1/2 cunprocessed oat bran
How To Make meat cakes

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix all ingredients together well.

3Place 1/3 cup (2 ounces) mixture in each of 16 muffin cups.

4Bake at 350 until done, about 1 hour.

5Remove from muffin tins.

6Serve hot or cold.
