Mary-Mom is my nickname for my step-mom. She is an awesome cook and I love her dearly! She showed me how to make this and my family absolutely loves it. It reminds me of corn pudding, only it's salty instead of sweet. Mary-Mom said she always serves it as a side dish with scalloped potatoes and ham chunks. YUMMO! I made a double batch this year to take to my brother's house for Thanksgiving dinner and there wasn't a bite left. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

I will post a pic next time I make it!
