How to Make Zippy Steak

  1. Put just enough oil to cover bottom of nonstick frying pan and heat on medium high.
  2. Add salt and pepper to flour and coat steaks with seasoned flour. I like lots of pepper and I use a brown paper bag to shake/coat steaks with flour.
  3. Lightly brown steaks on both sides. Turn down to a simmer. Top each steak with Rotel tomatoes, cover and simmer until done.
  4. Serve over rice or noodles.
