I found this recipe on the internet and made a few changes to suit our taste and save a few pennies. I hope you try this easy and kid friendly recipe that the whole family will enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    green pepper, chopped
  • 12 oz
    shredded mozzarella/provalone cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 can(s)
    tomatoe puree, (15 oz.)
  • 1 tsp
    granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    flour

How to Make UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown hamburger, onion and pepper together. Place in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over top and 2 tablespoons flour over cheese.

    Mix puree, Italian seasoning and garlic. Spread over all.

    Beat together eggs, oil, salt, milk, and 1 cup flour; pour over pizza sauce. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
