Merry Christmas everyone! If you want to wow the socks off your family and friends, upgrade your usual buffet, then try this recipe. It's so good and it gets raves. Brie is sold in a round form with a rind that you will keep on in this recipe. It holds it all together as it bakes. Then you break it open when done cooking and the flow of cheese with this glaze on top is unbelievable. Served with cinnamon graham crackers or slices of apples it will be the most unforgetable cheeseball type food.
