How to Make Rebel Biscuits
- Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly with a pastry cutter (the shortening should be broken down until about the size of a pea).
- Roll out dough on a floured surface (fairly thick) and cut with a cookie cutter.
- Bake at 450 for about 10 to 12 minutes or until desired brownness occurs. Serve with lots of fresh butter, honey, sorghum syrup, jams or jellies.
