This started out as a Thanksgiving experiment after the original plain sweet potato pie was a dried out disaster!!! Changed the recipe, sweetened it up and then after having smores that night, changed it again!!! The kids flipped for it, and now we make it all the time and they even ask for it for BREAKFAST on weekends!! With some eggs, it's a treat that can't be beat!!!
