Grandma Radford's Jello Cream Pie

Ingredients

CRUST:
-
3/4 cbutter, & 1/2 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 call purpose flour, & 1 cup nuts/chopped

FILLING:
-
1 3oz. pkgjello - your choice, & 1 cup boiling water

3/4 csugar
-
11.5 pt. carton whipping cream
-
1 8oz. pkgcream cheese
How to Make Grandma Radford's Jello Cream Pie
- CRUST: Mix all ingredients well. Spread in oblong pan (9x13). Bake @ 300 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.
- FILLING: Dissolve jello in boiling water (per package directions). When jello is cooled, add to creamed together cream cheese & sugar. Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl, and stir into jello mixture. Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate til set (at least 1 hr.).
- TOPPING: Dissolve 2 3oz. jello (any flavor) in 3 cups boiling water. Pour over above Filling, and refrigerate 1 more hr.
