How to Make Pecan Stuffed Dates

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400*
  2. Stuff each date with a pecan half.
  3. Cut each slice of bacon into 3 pieces.
  4. Wrap 1 piece around each stuffed date and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Bake until bacon is crisp, 12-15 minutes. Drain and serve.
