2medium size onions chopped

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

2 Tbspgood curry madras

2 cchicken broth

1 can(s)tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid

½ cheavy cream

1 can(s)peaches, canned

·salt and pepper for taste

·8 oz shrimps - optional
How to Make Indian Curry Soup
- heat up the oil and add the onions until clear add the curry and mix.
- add the tomatoes and broth make it boil and add the heavy cream.
- chop up 6 halfs of peaches - no juice - add to the soup. Reduce heat taste with salt and a dash of pepper.
