This recipe was given to me by a family friend who was a wonderful cook.I've made this cake often and it's very tasty.

Ingredients For wine cake

1 box lemon cake mix
-
small box vanilla pudding
-
4 eggs

3/4 c. gallo sherry

3/4 c. crisco oil
-
1/2 t. nutmeg
- GLAZE:

1/3 c. gallo sherry
-
2 c. confectioner's sugar(powdered sugar)
How To Make wine cake

1Mix all ingredients together 10 mins at med speed of mixer.pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.Bake 350 deg 1 hour.Cool in pan 10 mins. Mix glaze ingredients well. Pierce cake with a fork while still warm and pour glaze over cake.
