Ingredients For lad's tomato bruschetta

6-8 plum tomatoes,seeded,chopped into 1/4 inch pieces

3-4 garlic cloves, grated

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons balsmic vinegar

basil leaves,minced
-
salt and pepper,to taste
-
1 loaf french bread
-
2-3 garlic cloves,cut in half
-
olive oil
How To Make lad's tomato bruschetta

1Mix all ingredients except bread. Let sit an hour,when ready to serve, toast bread lightly,rub with garlic and sprinkle with a dash of olive oil,top with tomato mixture .
