This is how I make tuna salad as well. Both are good for sandwiches or just topped on a green salad.
Another tasty sandwich is to make this salmon salad,add some tuna salad on top of 2nd slice of bread then add another slice of bread,so you have a "club sandwich" cut in four pieces.

  • ·
    can salmon
  • ·
    2 boiled eggs,chopped small
  • ·
    1/4 c minced dill pickles
  • ·
    1/4 c minced carrot
  • ·
    1 t. dried dill
  • ·
    1/2 t. celery seed
  • ·
    2 t. minced pimiento
  • ·
    1/4 c real mayonaisse,or enough to moisten
  • ·
    whole wheat bread
  • ·
    lettuce leaves
  • ·
    tomato slices
  • ·
    dill pickle chips

How to Make Salmon Salad Sandwich

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients,taste for seasonings,yo may need to add a touch of salt and a bit of black pepper. Spread mayo on both sides of bread,place lettuce,tomato , pickle and 1/4 c salmon salad,top with bread.
