This is the ONLY recipe I ever use for Salmon. It's the best. It comes from my husband's Aunt Janet and we've been making it for since we were first married over 26 years ago!

Ingredients For grilled salmon
-
salmon fillet
-
1 stickbutter
-
1-2lemons
-
lemon pepper, salt, montreal steak seasoning
How To Make grilled salmon
-
1Juice the lemons and melt the butter. Combine the two and pour over the salmon fillet.
-
2Sprinkle with the seasonings, as desired. I use either the lemon pepper OR the Montreal steak seasoning, but not both.
-
3Place meat side down on a very hot grill for 5 minutes. At the end of 5 minutes, flip to skin side down, and cook an additional 5-10 minutes until done.
-
4Slice the salmon off of the skin (it comes off easily), and place on a serving tray. Serve immediately. Let the skin on the grill cook down until it can be scraped off. Discard.
