We love this sandwich with a nice hot bowl of French Onion soup.

Ingredients

  • 1
    loaf of crusty bread - will be using 4 slices
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic hummus
  • 1/4 bunch
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1 Tbsp
    feta cheese
  • 4 slice
    cucumber
  • 4 slice
    tomato
  • 2
    lettuce leaves
  • 2 slice
    onion - thin

How to Make Tangy Veggie Sandwich

Step-by-Step

  1. Spread the garlic hummus equally on the 4 slices of bread.
  2. Split the remaining ingredient between the two sandwiches.
