Another of my moms yummy desserts.

Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg
    oreo cookies
  • 1 - 8 oz
    cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg
    cool whip
  • 2 box
    instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make KANSAS DESSERT CAKE

Step-by-Step

  1. Crush cookies. Put 1/2 of crumbs in a 9x13 pan. Mix cream cheese and butter/or margarine. Add powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. In separate bowl, mix milk and vanilla pudding. Fold the 2 mixtures together, then pour crumbs on top, let set several hours. This may be served frozen or chilled.
