Ingredients

  • 3 c
    sweet poatoes, mashed (i use the canned ones)
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    margarine, melted
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    margarine
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped

How to Make Sweet Potato Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together the first 6 ingredients and place in a baking dish.
  2. Mix together the last 4 ingredients and sprinkle over top of first layer.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bottom layer is set. Great dish for the holidays! Enjoy!
