Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    oregano
  • 2 Tbsp
    basil
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • ·
    mix all the above
  • ·
    asparagus spears and hard boiled eggs as stuffing

How to Make Stuffed Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Flatten out the beef to about 11/2 inch. Fill center with your favorite filling. Fold each end of beef to the top & crimp to seal filling. Place meatloaf in a wax paper to make a roll, seal the ends. Now roll the meatloaf in foil, place it on a sheet pan & bake at 350 degrees until cooked. Should take about 40 minutes. Let it set after cooking for 15 minutes. Open & slice to the thickness you like Top with your best gravy. ENJOY
