How to Make Peppermint Pudding Cloud
- Take the 15oz large marshmallows and cut them up, mix them with the 2 cups crushed peppermint, and 1 quart whipped cream. Set it aside.
- Set aside a few nuts and wafers to be used as topping for later or some crushed peppermints.
- Put a layer in the bottom of 9 x 13 pan of the wafers and nuts (use nuts to your taste). Then layer with the cream mixture.
- Take the wafers and nuts you set aside and crush them together or use the peppermints and sprinkle them on top as a garnish. Refrigerate for no less than an hour.
