  • 1/2 lb
    stew beef
  • 1 lb
    stewed tomatoes
  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 1 pkg
    frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 c
    alphabet noodles, uncooked

How to Make Hearty Alphabet Beef Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Using the beef stew meat which is already cut up, place the meat, combined with the stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and soup mix into crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Turn to high, add vegetables that have been partially thawed, and noodles.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
