Hawaiian Chicken

Lillian Russo

This tastes like a dish you would get from a Chinese restaurant, sweet and sour chicken! I served this with a side of white rice. This recipe came from a food friend named Sday5 and its perfect! I added my photo!

  3. Add the peppers, celery and pineapple chunks to the pan. Then put the fried chicken pieces on top. Do not stir. Pour the pineapple juice and the 1/4 cup of broth, over this. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. In a seperate small sauce pan, combine Sweet and Sour sauce ingredients. Cook until thick. Pour over the meat and vegetables just before serving.
  5. Serve with a side dish of white rice.
