2 lbfrozen hashbrowns
2 cshredded cheddar cheese
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 stickmelted butter (split in half)
1 csour cream
1 Tbspminced onion
1/2 cbread crumbs (or corn flakes)
How to Make Hashbrown Casserole
- Thaw potatoes and place in large bowl.
In another bowl, mix together soup, sour cream, 1/4 cup melted butter and onions.
Pour over potatoes.
Add cheese and mix well.
Place in a buttered 13x9 inch baking dish.
Mix crumbs and remaining melted butter and sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees
