  • 2
    grilled chicken breasts
  • 1
    medium onion
  • 1
    green bell pepper
  • 1
    fresh tomato
  • 1/2
    medium cucumber
  • 2 c
    mexican cheese
  • 2
    handfulls tortilla chips (crushed)
  • 1 pt
    sour cream ( topping)
  • 2 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bottle
    spicy ranch dressing
  • 1
    bag or small head of lettuce

How to Make grilled chicken fajita salad


  1. grill the chicken breasts and cut into strips, put into skillet
  2. chop the onion, and cut pepper into strips
  3. add onion, pepper strips, and taco seasoning to the chicken and saute' until the onions are almost transparent
  4. remove from heat
  5. mix the lettuce,tomato, cucumber, cheese together
  6. top the salad with chicken mixture, crushed tortilla chips and spicy ranch dressing
  7. chill and serve
  8. serve sour cream on the side
