  • 4 large
    egg, hard boiled
  • 1 small
  • 2 Tbsp
    mustard, grainy
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1
    pickled beet

How to Make Green Eyed Devil Eggs


  1. Halve the eggs and scoop the yolk into a bowl with the avocado, mustard, horseradish, and cream. Mix until creamy.
  2. Spoon mix into eggs.
  3. Slice Beet thin. Top eggs with a slice.
  4. Chill. and serve!
