I can even get my daughter who hates rice to eat this. Serve with Enchilidas, tacos and tortilla chips.

  • 3 c
    cooked rice
  • 1/2 lb
    shredded jack cheese
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 c
    sour cream, lite
  • 1 can(s)
    green chilis
  • 1 c
    grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Green Chili Rice


  1. Mix cooked rice with sour cream. Place half of rice mixture in a casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle with jack cheese, add chilis
  3. Put remaining rice mixture on top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
